The 2025 Good Eye Award

One thing I miss about having an in-office culture is participating in the team building afterhours opportunities. Working remote definitely has its perks, but I don't currently have a company band to perform with or an agency bowling league to show up for.

Luckily, my mother invited me and my husband to join her company softball team for the season. I'm not any good and never have been at softball, so I was surprised to win a merit award at the end of the season.

Last night at the end of season celebration, our team captain granted me the "Good Eye" Award for getting the most walks on base. It really is the little things that warm the heart.
