Employment History
I started my career in Digital Marketing then matriculated into User Experience by way of Content Strategy. It was a very natural transition, because Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has such a strong observance of how language impacts behavior.

As a Content Strategist I analyzed how people flowed through information, which drove how I structured navigation, organized content, and mapped links.
Through years of fishing with training in user research and design thinking, I've matured into Human-Centered Design Lead with strong visual acumen. I think of myself as a UX generalist due my success at taking on tasks from all sub-variants of the UX umbrella. Most commonly, I refer to myself as a UX Architect in reference to my propinquity toward experience design practice, so as not to be confused with a visual design professional.

Bayer
I returned to Bayer after previously supporting Monsanto's Velocity Mapping Framework, this time applying Design Thinking to enhance Bayer's oldest mobile application and a reporting building tool. My greatest success came from being dedicated to phase one of pilot program tasked with manufacturing geospatial harvest monitoring workflow. At launch, the product owners agreed that this was the smoothest they'd ever gone to launch with the fewest pivots and last minute development corrections.
